Tao Tantric Arts Women's Training
6 Month long Teacher Training Course 

Our world-class Tao Tantric Arts for Women Training weaves together the ancient wisdom traditions of Taoism and Tantra in a deeply transformational journey for women. The training is offered twice yearly, with one cohort beginning in the Spring and one in the Fall.

The immersive live portion takes place over the course of one month in a beautiful retreat setting twice a year.  The upcoming training this Fall 2026 In-Person Training takes place October 11 – November 8, 2026, and is led by Minke de Vos and Shashi Solluna, with support from Co-Teacher Fien De Keukelaere.

The Online Training is also offered twice yearly and includes access to a supportive cohort experience beginning approximately one month prior to the live training and continuing for four months afterward. While the online content is self-paced, participants are supported through bi-weekly check-in calls facilitated by Fien.

Women may choose to participate:

• In the Full Training

• Online-Only,
• In-Person-Only.
  

Participants may also complete an Online cohort during either the Spring or Fall cycle and later attend the alternate season’s In-Person Training.

Payment plans are available for approved participants.

• A €25 administration fee is added to each installment payment
• 4-6 monthly payments of total Amount (minus deposit, plus €25 administrative fee)
• Participants must remain current on payments to maintain access to the training
• Missed payments may result in paused access to Online materials and/or release of training placement

Participants are expected to complete all tuition payments before the training begins. Any exceptions must be approved in advance by the training team and confirmed in writing with a Promissory Note. If participant chooses to discontinue program, commitment of payment is still required. 

Enrollment Flow
Step 1 ~ Connection Call
Meet with a member of the Training Team to:

• explore alignment
• ask questions
• learn more about the training pathways & schedule of trainings
• discuss readiness for the training experience

Additional questions may be asked during the Connection Call process to help determine whether the training feels like an aligned fit for both the participant and the Training Team.
Step 2 ~ Registration Form
Following the Connection Call (or beforehand), applicants who wish to continue the enrollment process will complete a Registration Form.
This form helps the Training Team better understand:

• background and experience
• intentions for joining
• emotional and physical readiness
• logistical considerations
• overall alignment with the training container

It's also a fun, insightful way to chronicle your experiences, trainings and intentions. 
Step 3 ~ Application Review & Acceptance
Applications are reviewed by the Training Team.
Final acceptance into the training is determined by senior members of TTA. 
In some situations, an additional Teacher Interview or Orientation Call may be requested prior to acceptance.
Step 4 ~ Application Deposit
USD $497 Deposit (approximately €422 depending on exchange rate)
Purpose:

• Begins the application process
• Holds temporary placement
• Applies toward tuition

The Deposit is paid either:

• before the Connection Call
  OR
• within 48 hours after acceptance following the Connection Call

The Deposit is non-refundable, though in certain situations a transfer toward a future training may be possible.
Step 5 ~ Enrollment Commitment Payment
Once officially accepted into the training, participants must either:

• pay tuition in full
  OR
• begin their approved payment plan within 48 hours
  (unless clear arrangements have been made in advance)

The Enrollment Commitment Payment officially secures the participant’s training space and quoted pricing tier.
Please note:
Acceptance into the training does not automatically reserve a participant’s place. Due to limited availability and the evolving nature of international training logistics, previously quoted pricing, room availability, or placement may no longer be guaranteed if payment is delayed beyond the required time-frame.
Step 6 ~ Teacher Orientation / Interview (If Needed)
Some participants may also have a Teacher Orientation or Interview Call with Minke prior to the training start date. This conversation supports:

• alignment
• mentorship
• preparation
• deeper readiness assessment

In certain situations, additional discussion or evaluation may be required before final participation approval.
Step 7 ~ Onboarding & Preparation
Once enrolled, participants receive:

• Onboarding materials
• Payment schedule details
• Training preparation information
• WhatsApp group access
• Travel and accommodation guidance

Space Reservation Policy
Within 60 days of the In-Person Training:

• Spaces cannot be held without payment
• Verbal commitments do not guarantee placement
• Pricing tiers are not guaranteed until payment is received
• Applicants who delay payment may lose their space to another participant
• Due to the intimate nature of the training and international logistics, we encourage early enrollment. Late enrollments may be accepted based on space and accommodation availability.

Continuing Student Credit
Students who have completed either the Online-Only or In-Person-Only Training may receive up to €1,000 credit toward enrollment in the alternate training format within 18 months of the completion of their program.

This credit:

• may be used one time only
  
• is non-refundable
• is non-transferable to another woman or training
• may not be exchanged for cash
  
• expires after 18 months

Cancellation & Refund PolicyTuition Payments

More than 4 months prior to the training start date

• Refund of 100% of tuition paid, minus the non-refundable Deposit.

2–4 months prior to the training start date

• Refund of 50% of tuition paid.

Less than 2 months prior to the training start date

• Tuition payments are non-refundable.

If a participant’s space is filled by another approved woman, a partial refund or future training credit may be considered at the discretion of the Training Team.

Online Training Access

Once access has been granted to the Online Training materials, course portal, recordings, or live online calls:

• the Online portion of the training is considered delivered
• Online tuition payments become non-refundable
• no refunds or credits are guaranteed for Online Training access already received

For participants enrolled in the Full Training (Online + In-Person), any potential refunds or credits apply only to the In-Person portion of the training.

Future Training Credit
In certain situations, up to €1,000 of paid tuition may be applied toward a future training within 24 months, at the discretion of the Training Team.
Credits:

• may only be used by the original participant
• are non-refundable
• are not redeemable for cash
• expire after 24 months

Accommodation & Meals

• Refund of 100% of accommodation and meal payments up to 4 months prior to the training start date.
• Refund of 50% of accommodation and meal payments up to 3 months prior to the training start date.
• From 3 months up to 2 weeks prior to the training start date, meal costs only may be refundable.
• No accommodation or meal refunds are available within 2 weeks of the training start date.

Deposit Policy
The USD $497 Deposit is:

• non-refundable
• transferable only within the policies outlined above
• applied toward tuition

Transfer of Training Placement
Participants may transfer their place to another approved woman with advance coordination and approval from the Training Team.
Force Majeure / Global EventsIf the training must be postponed, canceled, moved online, or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control ~ including natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, travel restrictions, venue closures, or other major global events ~ refunds may not be possible due to operational, staffing, and venue costs already incurred.
In such situations:

• Deposits remain non-refundable.
• The Online portion of the training is considered a fulfilled portion of the program once access has been granted.
• For participants enrolled in the Full Training (Online + In-Person), a portion of the additional tuition paid specifically toward the In-Person immersive component may be eligible for partial refund or future training credit.

Depending on circumstances and costs already incurred:

• up to €1,000 of the additional In-Person tuition portion may be refunded or credited toward a future training within 24 months.
