Tao Tantric Arts Advanced Program
If you are ready to take your teaching to the next level, then this Advanced Program is for you.
Many of our graduates left the teacher training and went into the world and started to run classes and circles, seminars and sessions. We know that you all had more than enough experience to become teachers.
However, after some time of real-life experience, there may be new issues and questions arising for you about space-holding. You have entered a higher level, where it is not just about what you teach but how you teach. You are starting to understand that there are complex group dynamics, projections, resistances and so on. Sometimes students have a break down. Sometimes they have too much energy and start freaking out. Sometimes their trauma surfaces...
...How to deal with all of that? It's not just about having the practices and tools to teach, but the skill-set to work with complex group dynamics.
And so we designed an Advanced Program specifically for our graduates who are already teaching and want to return to take their teaching skills to the next level. It is like an apprenticeship in which you get to sit at our side and see how we teach. Also a chance for your own professional feedback and support.
There will be a two-week long training program, and then you will join the 5-week Sacred Femininity course as a trainee space holder.
Joining this program requires previous study with Minke & Shashi (the full teacher trainings of 4 or 5 weeks) and a year of practice. We also recommend that you learn about working with trauma with Shashi's online course.
Attending this training will be an opportunity to deepen your rooting and refine your embodiment of the practices.

Prerequisite: Must have completed full 4 or 5 week women's TTC with Tao Tantric Arts plus experience of teaching your own circles or classes.
Requirement: To arrive early for coaching training and remain after the main TTC for the debrief session.
What's included?
The Graduate Coaching program offers:
Before the training starts, you'll have 2 days with Minke and Shashi privately (with the other coachees) as a preparation for your 5-week long program.
Before and during the training, you'll:
Note: this is not the same as participating. If you feel you want to join for your own personal process, then we request that you join as a normal participant again. In this Coaching Program you will be holding space for others rather than in your own healing process. That means you will be not joining in a lot of the processes apart from full group sessions.
Requirements:
In the end, there will be a Qigong test and there will be an interview to test your embodiment and understanding of the practices and processes. There will also be an interview to talk about your motivation, ethics and vision for teaching. When you pass the test and the interview, you'll be certified as Tao Tantric Arts Coach.
As a Tao Tantric arts Coach, you are qualified to give private (therapeutic) sessions, teach Woman's Circles, give group workshops, classes and coaching sessions. You will have profound experience in holding space and in getting familiar with working with groups.

The Graduate Coaching program offers:
- A strong opportunity to learn what it entails to be a space-holder for groups.
- Creating a group dynamic.
- How to create safe space. Working with boundaries and an agreement field.
- Creating sacred space. clearing entities. Calling in the light. Protecting the space.
- How to be a channel of healing energy. Including protection.
- How to present to a class.
- How to handle students' difficulties and resistances.
- Dealing with projections and transference.
- Working with trauma (pre-requisite online course)
- Working with kundalini activation and energy overwhelm.
- The spiritual aspect of being a space-holder: being in service and seeing each participant's true nature.
- Receive feedback from your own teaching and ask questions as you go.
- Learn the ethics of space holding.

Before and during the training, you'll:
- Assist during ceremonies
- Hold space during (energetic) processes
- Step in for demonstrations
- Be a "mother" of a sharing family
- Give at least two healing sessions to participants (like jade egg, breast massage, assisted breathing, medical qigong) for feedback.
- Have a daily meetings with Minke & Shashi.
- Have an in-depth sharing with Minke & Shashi once per week
- Assist and teach during daily Qigong class

- Graduate of Tao Tantric Arts Sacred Femininity Training (4 or 5 weeks)
- Regular practice of Qigong, experience with other forms of Qigong, have at least 10 classes with another teacher (not Minke and/or Shashi).
- Write a Passion Piece about your experiences and why you feel attracted to the Coaching Program
