Tao
Tao means "the way", though it paradoxically refers to both the way and the goal. Taoism is a system that enables us to recognise the Source of all Existence, and to learn the art of living in an unfolding of Source into Being. Thus is it both a system of healing and of spiritual awakening. It is very closely aligned to nature, as the cycles and elements of nature are used to give us a map of reality. Nature can be seen as a perfect manifestation of Source, which we can aspire to. In particular we can learn from the flows of energy. The most powerful energy in nature is sexual energy, the creative lifeforce energy behind reproduction, growth and evolution. The Tao Sexual Arts teach us to connect to that energy, harness it, transform it, circulate it, store it, share it, and ultimately to open from Earth to Heaven to allow the energy to flow freely through our whole being.
Tao Methods include Qigong (energy work), Inner Alchemy, Sexual Kung Fu, Medical Qigong, Six Healing Sounds, Inner Smile & Jade Egg Practice.

Tantra
Tantra means "to weave", and is a path of uniting together aspects of life that appear to be separate. Ultimately it is understood that the nature of Ultimate Reality is Oneness, but the appearance of separation can cause us suffering in many areas of life. In Tantra we explore many dualisms, such as love and sex, or male and female, and use methods and meditations to unite the two. This has many practical applications, relationships being a major area in which we can apply Tantric methods. The ultimate goal in Tantra is to attain enlightenment "with the eyes open". What this means is not that spiritual realization is confined to meditation or monasteries, but that is can be attained whilst living everyday life. Thus Tantra has sometimes been described as a spiritual path for the householder. It is known most for the fact that this path includes sexuality, and spirit is found through embracing sexuality rather than through suppression of sexuality.
Tantra Methods include Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Mantra, Yantra, Sacred Dance & Ritual.

Tao Tantra
Tao and Tantra are two different paths, and difference can be found. However, there are more similarities than differences and it is commonly thought that they originate from the same source. Tantra moved more through India and Tibet, whilst Tao was mostly found in China.
In Tao Tantric Arts we weave together the arts from both of these fields. We explore different maps such as the Five Elements of Tao and the Chakras of Tantra, and practices that enable us to experience them. Both paths enrich one's life on every level, from sex to spirituality....from healing to awakening.
