Request a Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

1. We do not accept you for the training at this time
2. We have agreed with you that we will offer a special circumstance refund

• If you have had an interview, 100 euros is deducted for that
  
• You will not be refunded the paypal or bank processing fees.

The deposit is non-refundable if you simply change your mind, as written clearly on the deposit page.
