Immerse your Body in Deep Healing through Tantric Bodywork
Bodywork is an entire segment of the Tao Tantric Arts.
Through touch we can support trauma healing, energy movement, pleasure activation and healing.
This retreat is dedicated to women-on-women Tao Tantric Bodywork. It is an opportunity to deepen the healing of your body in a safe all-woman environment, as well as being immersed in nature.

The training includes:
- Daily embodiment practices
- How to fall in love with your body exactly as it is...healing shame, judgement and guilt.
- Trauma healing through touch
- Building safety for your recipient
- Types of touch and their effect, intent and touch.
- Becoming clear on energy management as a bodyworker (protection/ clear boundaries/ conscious intent)
- Moving energy, understanding of why we do that and how to support energy sublimation in your client
- Full body activation and bodywork
- Yoni de-armoring
This training is designed to be a gift to your body. Immersed in nature, our bodies begin to recalibrate to their own true nature. Combined with building safety and trust with each other, we can gently un-peel layers that have held us back. Using skill to unwind trauma from the body's armour system allows our energy to fly with more ease. We discover how to embody that feeing of being open that we often long for, but cannot force.
There are many Tantric Massage courses around the world, but it is hard to find one that is only women. When we are all sisters together this reduces the feeing son desire and projection of desire (though of course, we can also be attracted to other women! Yet still, somehow women generally report seeking safer in an all-woman space). But the deeper effect is that we all know what it feels like to have a woman's body, and so there is a level of empathy and understanding in the touch which can be very healing.
So this 5 day retreat will be an invitation to release layers of armour that no longer serve, to activate pleasure without pressure to do so, and melt into a deeper enjoyment to be in this body.

Facilitators
Your facilitators will be two of the lead facilitators of Tao Tantric Arts: Shashi and Freya. Shashi has been teaching Tao Tantric Arts for 12 years and Freya has been a co-teachers for the last few years, teaching the bodywork pieces together with Shashi.

We have chosen a venue in Portugal which is run by a Tao Tantric Arts graduate and teacher! It is the stunning Essencia Nature Retreat, run by Sim (and her beloved, Antoine). Sim attended in Bali and later assisted in Thailand, and visited the Portugal teacher training in 2020 as well.

Accommodation
There are two types of accommodation: rooms in the farmhouse, and the glamping tents. Both types of room are triple occupancy, with three separate beds in each.
The farmhouse has a spacious communal kitchen area, and each room in ensuite with a balcony.
The glamping tents are in the forest and have a compost toilet and eco shower near by.
Food will be payable upon arrival at €44 per day. It is compulsory to partake of the food to join the training.
Places are limited, so please book fast for the accommodation of your choice.
