Throughout the ages there have been empowered women working in the fields of Tao and Tantra, passing on the sacred teachings and transmissions. In Taoism it was the Three Courtesans who taught the Yellow Emperor the mysteries of longevity and sexual health. In Tantra we find Dakinis, Devadasis and Yoginis…women who carried the ability to awaken “Shakti” and “kundalini” in men and women. Even in Western ancient cultures we find priestesses, such as the Priestesses of Avalon, who knew how to work with this potent energy and activate it in others.
After a couple of thousand years of suppression of these lineages, they are on the rise once again. The Sacred Feminine is reawakening. As our Great Mother planet earth has been plummeted into disaster, there is a reawakening of global awareness. This awakening is not just for women. It is for all of us.
Women have always carried a special power when it comes to sexuality….the natural propensity for full-body orgasm. This capacity of a woman is also known to be connected to the power of ecstatic childbirth. Plus this orgasmic ability has also been used for attaining high spiritual states. These are some of the gifts of the feminine. The sacred feminine is Shakti, the embodiment of divine energy and the power behind all of life.
To be a Priestess is to offer to stand as a representative and channel for the Sacred Feminine in the name of healing and transformation. It is a divine service. To allow this potent energy to flow freely through the body and beyond is a gift of healing for all.
Tao Tantric Arts has been evolving naturally towards creating an empowerment for women to stand in the power as a Priestess, and work not only with women, but with men and with couples. This is an advanced training and is only for women who have completed the one-month Sacred Femininity or Divine Alchemy Training*.
*or in exceptional cases where a woman has had a very strong previous experience.
This unique training, first of it's kind, offering the Taoist Sensual Arts, together with Tantric elements, empowering women to embody and embrace their own inner Taoist Priestess! We will create a Shakti Temple for the month in beautiful Bali. You will experience being part of a women's community for a month, sharing these arts together to deepen your own practice and become empowered to share with others.
This is a four-week long training in 2 levels. The first two weeks we will be in an intimate group setting (maximum of 14), where we will dive deeply into the divine feminine in preparation for sharing these gifts in the second two weeks.
The second two weeks we will invite an equal number of men into the Shakti Temple created and we will initiate them into these practices. They will be held by the Divine Feminine and this will allow for healing of the inner feminine in them.
This training will empower you to share these practices with men, women and couples on a one-on-one level, in classes, as well as teach workshops. We cover an extensive curriculum of the Tao Tantric Arts, based on sexual vitality qigong, meditations and energy exercises. See below for a more comprehensive list.
It is led by two main facilitators: Minke De Vos and Shashi Solluna. There will be a number of guest teachers coming to teach throughout the entire training as well.

Please note that this is not a Sexual Priestess training, in that we are not working with using sexual exchange directly with men as a transmission. We work with holding space, working with energy, giving healing sessions and massage. We are about holding a very strong space, but with clear boundaries. You will learn to be a facilitator but not to interact directly sexually with your clients. If however you already work directly with clients, then this training can be used to deepen your understanding of how to work with energy.

- We will journey into the Taoist Priestess-hood.
- We will work with three main facilitators, Minke, Shashi and also Mahara.
- We will visit some of the Priestesses of Bali and receive energy transmissions. These women are a living example of Priestesses and their gift to society.
- We will uncover the history of what the gift of the feminine means to the world.
- We will make trips to sacred spots in Bali and weave in the culture into our practice.
- We will perform sacred rituals and experience the magic of our own inner presence!

Divine Alchemy Initiation
Level 2 - Mar 6th - 19th: Men and Women in Tantra
- At times you will hold space for men and support the awakening of Shakti ecstatic energy within them.
- There will be some time when each gender learns their own solo practices.
- There will be some processes for men and women to learn energy exchange.
- You will be empowered to work with men and couples.
- You will experience a "Vision Quest", which will include periods of silence and reflection on the union of the masculine/feminine, as well as a day of fasting.
- You will enjoy Guest Teachers: Richard Bock (Quantum Light Breath), Kailash Kokopeli (musician, shaman, qigong teacher).
We will stay for the second two weeks at the Pantai Beach Resort at Gaia Oasis, Bali.

Daily Schedule Monday - Friday (Times may vary slightly according to venue) 7.30 am: Silent Meditation 8-9 am: Morning Qigong 10.30-1pm: Morning Class 3-4pm: Afternoon Sharing Circles 4-7pm: Afternoon Class 9-10 pm: Evening Yin Session (gentle practice to prepare for deep sleep) This course is five days a week INTENSIVE so please clear everything else from your schedule. |
